Charlotte Hillman has been a supporter of Pickering for many years. Along with her Dad, our Chair of Trustees, David Bartholomew, she took part in the Hadrian’s Wall challenge for Pickering and many people will recognise her as a wonderful singer at many of our fundraising events. Now she’s set herself the challenge of running a marathon for Pickering this September!
Charlotte says: “This amazing charity has always been close to my heart. When my lovely Pampa was diagnosed with cancer, they were there for him every step of the way, offering kindness, comfort, laughter, and support throughout his treatment. Now, it’s my turn to give back. Pickering is raising funds to buy a new home so they can continue their vital work supporting people through one of the toughest times in their lives. Every donation, big or small, will help them reach this goal and make a real difference to so many.”
