A huge ‘thank you’ to Chris and Hilary Faithfull for organising a brilliant Charity Boules Match at Crowborough Social Club, which raised £200 for Pickering. It took place in memory of Norman, who previously kindly organised the tournament. At that first match, Pickering had a team and Polly says it was a great ‘funraiser and fundraiser’!
Polly says: “Chris and Hilary can be seen holding the shield which they won for the first time this year. That was so nice to see and so deserved, after all the hard work they put into organising it each year for us. Thank you to them so much and to all the teams that took part. Thanks also to Carol and Dave who represented Pickering at the event.”
