As we approach our 20th anniversary here at Pickering, we are thrilled to reveal that our fantastic fundraiser and visitor, Leigh, has completed her 20 challenges. She started on 1 January this year with a dip in the sea and, since then, has been running, swimming, dancing, singing, milking, baking, golfing and climbing – to mention only a few challenges!
To date, she’s raised nearly £12,000. Thank you Leigh!
Leigh says: “I’ve now completed my 20 challenges for Pickering and I’m super excited to be celebrating their 20th anniversary this weekend. What an incredible milestone for the Centre to have served local people affected by cancer, and their families, for two decades!
